After logging in, you get to the Dashboard page that contains statistical tools allowing you to track and manage your progress.

The Recent Activity section shows all your recent actions inside the app, e.g. searches performed, citations added, etc. You can use it to recall where you stopped working on your paper last time.

Contribution Statistics shows the proportion of different sources: books, journals, and web pages you use in your research.

Activity Statistics show how much time you’ve spent working on your papers.

The Recent Search box under the Activity Statistics lists all your previous search queries. The Recommended Search section contains source suggestions based on the AI analysis of your previous searches.

And you can also go to applications like Similarity Checker, Summarizer, Proofreading etc. Here's how you use these tools to track your writing progress:
